3. Limitation of Liability & Disclaimer

WebSurgeon.tech generates automated code fixes. We are not responsible for any loss of data, revenue, or downtime caused by applying our automated suggestions. It is your sole responsibility to review, test, and validate all code changes before deploying them to your production environment.

4. Subscriptions and Payments

Certain features (such as Surgical Fixes and Pro diagnostic queues) are billed on a subscription or one-time basis. Payments are processed securely via authorized payment gateways (Cashfree / Stripe). 5. Account Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend access to our Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.
